Spicy 2x Ramen Challenge

I guess you can call it food since it's ingested. This has been the rage, at least on the interwebs, for the past few months. It all started with the original Samyang Noodles below.

Due to a bit of insanity (just a teeny bit) on my part, I've decided to skip to the next level which is the 2x and also challenged some of my friends to join me in this spice-filled gastronomic romp.

Please watch as I "prepared the feast" so-to-speak and the ensuing hi-jinks that followed.

To top it off, challenges were laid down afterwards both to whomever were identified as worthy competitors and also among ourselves since apparently, this experience wasn't hot enough for some! So, in the coming weeks, after we've all fully recovered, we will be doing this again but will be going up two more levels to 4x. May God have mercy on our souls!

**Update. We, through sheer will and diligence (and stupidity), have found out that the noodle below is NOT 4x spicy. There's actually no such thing as 4x (yet) that is, unless you double up on the 2x sauce. I personally have not tried the flavor below but, from reliable sources, it is flavored with fennel which tastes a bit like licorice - I don't like licorice so I'm not even going to try.

Two weeks pass by and still, we did not learn our lesson and proceeded to invite more people and challenged them to experience the pain and ensuing suffering. Please watch the next challenge video below.

Fast forward to Easter Sunday and, guess what, we're at it again, this time, the young ones of our family seem to be up for the challenge. Will they succeed or will the heat and suffering be too much for them? Watch the video below!
